Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable, compassionate Caregivers to work 1:1 with Recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage, and help with skill-building activities, and you may also accompany clients into the community to advance personal goals outside the home.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings
• Must be 18 years or older

Responsibilities
