Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking Direct Care Professionals to provide 1:1 support to recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan. You will help with daily activities, encourage skill-building, and accompany clients to community activities to promote personal goals outside the home.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to recipients in their homes.
