Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking Direct Care Workers to provide 1:1 support in clients' homes across Southeast Michigan. You will assist with skill-building activities and help clients engage with community activities to achieve personal goals outside the home.

Positions are available as full- and part-time roles; candidates should be compassionate, dependable, and able to follow care plans. A reliable means of transportation and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and work independently.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with recipients in their homes to support and encourage skill-building activities.
• Help recipients participate in community activities to grow personal goals outside the home.
• Provide daily living assistance as outlined in care plans.

ExpertCare is looking for reliable, compassionate, and helpful Direct Care Worker to work 1:1 with our Recipients. You will be working in our clients homes while supporting, encouraging and helping with skill building activities. You will also be bringing them into the community to help grow and strengthen their personal goals outside of their home environment.

ExpertCare services Community of Mental Health Recipients in Southeast Michigan. Full and part-time positions are available!
