Job summary

ExpertCare in Detroit, MI is seeking Direct Care Professionals to support recipients in their homes on a 1:1 basis. You will encourage and assist with skill-building activities and help recipients grow their personal goals outside the home environment.

We offer paid training, flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and a virtual interview process. Join ExpertCare to contribute to a caring community in Southeast Michigan.

Qualifications

• Must be compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support with recipients in their homes.
• Support, encourage, and help with skill-building activities.
• Assist individuals with varying abilities and community activities.
• Follow care plans and document progress as required.

You will be working in our clients homes while supporting, encouraging and helping with skill building activities. You will also be bringing them into the community to help grow and strengthen their personal goals outside of their home environment.

ExpertCare services Community of Mental Health Recipients in Southeast Michigan. Full and part time positions are available!
