Job summary

Pathfinder, Inc. is seeking an experienced administrator to oversee direct provision of supported living services for individuals under Medicaid Waiver programs.

You will coordinate service plans, monitor progress, supervise staff, and handle payroll and compliance tasks. The role includes coordinating with Case Management, conducting staffing interviews, training, and ongoing supervision, while ensuring accurate billing and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related experience and/or training preferred.
• 7 to 11 months of related management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Conducts a preliminary assessment for new referrals.
• Develops a plan of service with Case Manager and participates in reviews.
• Manages staffing needs: interviewing, hiring, supervising, payroll, evaluation, and discipline of Supported Living staff.
• Participates in team meetings to ensure regulation compliance and service delivery.
• Coordinates schedules for waiver and generic services.
• Performs Medicaid billing payroll functions bi-weekly and ensures accuracy of MITC time and attendance.
