Qualifications

• One year of related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Working knowledge of computers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Direct Support Professionals.
• Oversee day-to-day operation of the program and ensure licensure compliance.
• Balance 8–16 hours per week in supervisory capacity with direct support duties.
• Maintain records, billing data, and program documentation daily.
