Homes for Independent Living, a MyPath Company, is seeking a Direct Support Supervisor to lead the direct care team. You will supervise caregivers, ensure safe and quality client care, and support activities of daily living for residents in our programs.

The role emphasizes supervision, training, and coordination with the team to promote independence and well-being while maintaining accurate client records and collaboration with supervisors.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Communication & Problem-Solving skills required.
• Caregiver background check, TB test and Health Screen must be completed.
• Valid Driver's License with 3 years of acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise caregiver staff with training, coaching and mentoring.
• Oversee patient care and safety, and report observations to supervisor.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Support patients with meals, bathing, dressing, and personal care.
• Provide emotional support and engage patients to promote well-being.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and progress.
