Job summary

Pathfinder Services, Inc in Huntington, IN is seeking a Connection Leader to manage daily operations in Medicaid Waiver-funded programs. In this full-time role, you will lead a team of Direct Support Professionals, advocate for individuals with disabilities, and ensure high-quality support at service locations.

Qualifications

• Prior experience supporting individuals with disabilities preferred.
• 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations at assigned service locations.
• Act as a mentor, teacher, and advocate for individuals supported.
• Train and mentor DSPs to maintain consistent, high-quality service.
