Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Norwell, MA is seeking a full-time residential support professional to provide care and case management for individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. You will work with the Residential Manager to evaluate needs and support progress.

You will document progress notes, help develop behavior plans, coordinate medical appointments, supervise activities, and administer medications according to procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Education in psychology, social work, special education, or related human service field preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Internet.
• Complete state and agency trainings including medication administration.
• Willing to authorize CORI background check and release information.

Responsibilities

• Write monthly progress notes, ISP, assessments and annual review objectives.
• Attend meetings and chart data from programs regarding individuals.
• Assist with development of behavior plans or intervention strategies.
• Instruct, supervise and evaluate individuals per support plans; record data.
• Implement behavior plan interventions, which may include physical restraint.
• Provide transportation with valid license as required.
• Assist scheduling and attending medical appointments; document appropriately.
• Administer medications as required per procedures.
• Support social and leisure activities and document participation.
• Maintain residence and yard in clean, safe condition; perform related duties.

Education
