RTR is seeking a supervisor trainer to provide direct job support training for individuals with disabilities at community-based employment settings. You will work with the Program Director, Case Management, and Marketing to promote readiness for community-based employment and perform related duties to ensure client success.

Responsibilities include supervising trainees in multiple sites, providing 1:1 or group training, and maintaining documentation and compliance with state requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory experience in fast-paced settings.
• Experience providing on-the-job training in a 1:1 or group format.
• Ability to prepare reports and coordinate with management.

Responsabilités

• Provide on-the-job training and supervision to individuals in various sites.
• Prepare reports and complete payroll sheets as required.
• Coordinate with Program Director and Case Worker to meet objectives.
• Adhere to safety standards and RTR policies.
• Assist with transportation and basic care as needed.
• Provide coaching to new co-workers and support site operations.
