RTR is seeking Residential Support Staff to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in daily living, at home and in the community. This role offers meaningful impact, a $2,500 sign-on bonus for new full-time hires, and comprehensive benefits.

You will help with daily tasks, accompany service users to appointments, and support behavioral plans while fostering independence. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Willingness to complete required trainings incl. medication administration.

Aufgaben

• Support individuals with daily living skills such as cooking, hygiene, and routines.
• Provide hands-on personal care and mobility assistance as needed.
• Attend medical appointments and community activities with individuals.
