Vinfen is seeking staff to provide support to persons served in a Vinfen setting. You will help develop and document individualized treatment plans and perform a variety of daily tasks under supervision to promote independence and quality of life.

The role involves crisis intervention when needed, maintaining safety, assisting with transportation, meals, housekeeping, and logging progress. A strong ability to document interventions and communicate with the team is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in human services is preferred but not required.
• Ability to document interventions and monitor progress.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, and assist daily living tasks.

Responsabilités

• Develop and document individual treatment support plans.
• Carry out a range of daily tasks and interventions and monitor progress.
• Support client integration into communities and provide transportation as needed.
• Assess physical and emotional status and report changes to supervisor.
• Maintain program safety, conduct housekeeping, and assist with meals and chores.
• Document logs and forms, perform crisis intervention when required.
• Share current contact information with supervisors and HR.
