Job summary

RTR is seeking a full-time Day Habilitation Aide in Hingham, MA. Starting pay is $19.50 per hour, with a $2.00 differential for this location and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

The role provides 1:1 and group support to individuals, helping develop communication, self-care and daily living skills. You will implement care plans from clinical teams, track progress, document clearly, assist with mobility and dietary needs, and collaborate with families and community partners in a mission-driven

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Background check (CORI) required.
• Must complete mandated trainings.
• TB screening within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group support based on individualized service plans.
• Help individuals develop skills in communication, self-care, and daily living.
• Implement care plans developed by clinical teams (OT, PT, Speech, Nursing, Behavioral).
• Track progress and document clearly and professionally.
• Support community engagement, including transportation and activities when needed.
• Assist with mobility and dietary support.
