RTR is seeking compassionate and reliable Day Habilitation staff in Hingham, MA for a part-time role. You will provide 1:1 and group support, help individuals build daily living skills, and implement care plans with a clinical team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and the internet.
• Must complete required trainings and background checks.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1:1 and group support based on individualized service plans
• Help individuals develop skills in communication, self-care, and daily living
• Implement care plans developed by clinical teams (OT, PT, Speech, Nursing, Behavioral)
• Track progress and complete clear, professional documentation
• Support community engagement, including transportation and activities when needed
• Assist with hands-on care needs, including mobility and dietary support
• Collaborate with team members, families, and community partners
• Serve as a positive role model, promoting safe and respectful environments
