Job summary

Road to Responsibility in Hingham, MA, is seeking dedicated Residential Support Staff to assist individuals with developmental disabilities at home and in the community. The role offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus for new full-time hires and access to comprehensive benefits.

You will provide hands‑on daily living support, personal care, and transportation while documenting progress and collaborating with families and the care team. High school diploma and driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have fluent English reading/writing.
• Must be willing to complete mandated trainings including medication administration.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily living skills such as cooking, hygiene, and routines.
• Provide hands-on personal care and mobility assistance as needed.
• Assist with and attend medical appointments and community activities.
• Implement individualized support and behavioral plans.
• Administer medications in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment.
• Provide transportation as required.
• Complete documentation and progress reports.
• Collaborate with team members, families, and care providers.
• Serve as a positive role model and advocate for those you support.
