Job summary

People Incorporated is seeking Direct Care Professionals for full-time overnight shifts in Massachusetts. You will join a team supporting adults with development disabilities in residential programs, assisting with daily living activities and coordinating outings and medical appointments.

No prior experience required; a compassionate approach and reliable attendance are essential. Benefits include generous paid time off and comprehensive coverage.

Responsibilities

• Individual community outings, meal preparation, assistance with activities of daily living, personal care, medical appointments, and medication distribution.

• Pay Rate 2100 hour 2200 hour after one year of benefit eligible employment
• Schedule Sunday Monday Thursday Friday 11pm 9am
• NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED
• ReliefPer Diem 2nd and 3rd Shifts Available
