Job summary

People Incorporated is seeking Direct Care Professionals for part-time evening shifts in Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River and surrounding areas. Earn $21.00 per hour, with $22.00 after one year of benefit-eligible employment.

Schedules include Saturdays 1-11, Wednesdays 3-11, and Fridays 4-10, with 2nd and 3rd shifts available. No experience is required; paid on-the-job training, tuition assistance and ongoing professional development are provided.

Qualifications

• Compassionate person who enjoys helping others.
• Background check and driving record required.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle may be needed.
• TB screening and physical required on hire and updated every two years.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program.
• Assist with daily activities, meals, personal care, appointments, and medication distribution.

Direct Care Professionals – Part Time Evenings

Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour (after one year of benefit‑eligible employment: $22.00 per hour).

Schedule: Saturday 1 pm‑11 pm, Wednesday 3 pm‑11 pm, Friday 4 pm‑10 pm.

Shifts available: 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Openings in Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River, and surrounding areas.
