Job description

Direct Care Professionals – Part Time, Evenings

Pay Rate: $21.00 / hour, $22.00 / hour (after one year of benefit‑eligible employment).

Schedule: Sunday–Wednesday 3 pm–11 pm.

No experience needed – we offer ongoing free on‑job paid training, professional development, and career advancement.

Part‑time, full‑time, relief/per diem. 2nd and 3rd shifts available. Openings in Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River and surrounding areas.

Requirements

Job Responsibilities

You will be part of a team supporting adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program. Direct Care Professionals provide assistance with daily activities and ensure a structured routine that includes:

• Individual community outings
• Meal preparation
• Assistance with activities of daily living
• Personal care
• Medical appointments
• Medication distribution

Community Outings

Examples: The movies, shopping, going to dinner, baseball game, bowling.
