People Incorporated is seeking Direct Care Professionals for part-time evening shifts to support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. Training is provided on the job, and there are opportunities for advancement.

Position offers evening schedules including Saturday and other weekend shifts, with employment options across multiple communities in the region. No prior experience required, but a valid driver’s license and background checks are part of the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Compassionate person who enjoys helping others
• Background check required
• Driving record acceptable for employment
• Valid driver’s license and use of personal vehicle
• TB screening and periodic updates required

Responsibilities

• Support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program
• Assist with daily activities and maintain a structured routine
• Plan and support individual community outings
• Meal preparation and assistance with activities of daily living
• Personal care and accompanying medical appointments
• Medication distribution and administration as required

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
