Job summary

People Incorporated is hiring Direct Care Professionals to support adults with developmental disabilities in residential settings. This role offers part-time evenings (with potential for full-time/relief) across Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River and surrounding areas.

No experience is required as we provide on-the-job training, with opportunities for professional development and career advancement. A strong commitment to care and community is essential.

Qualifications

• Be a compassionate person and enjoy making a difference in someone’s life.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• A qualifying criminal background check and driving record.
• Valid driver’s license; Use of your personal vehicle.
• A TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with development disabilities in a residential program.
• Provide assistance with daily activities and ensure a structured routine including: individual community outings, meal preparation, activities of daily living, personal care, and medical appointments.
