Job summary

People Incorporated is seeking Direct Care Professionals to support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. You will help with daily living activities, meals, personal care, and accompany individuals on community outings, fostering independence and inclusion.

Openings include evenings with full-time shifts; no experience required as on-the-job paid training is provided. Benefits and opportunities for growth are available in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Be a compassionate person and enjoy making a difference in someone’s life.
• A TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after.
• A qualifying criminal background check and driving record
• Valid driver’s license; Use of your personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with development disabilities in a residential program.
• Assist with daily activities and maintain a structured routine.
• Provide individual community outings and meal preparation.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Coordinate medical appointments and medication distribution.
