Job summary

People Incorporated is seeking Direct Care Professionals to join our dedicated team in a residential program. You will assist adults with development disabilities with daily living activities, meals, personal care, and accompanying them on community outings to promote independence and community integration.

The role offers flexible shift options including part-time days, with paid on-the-job training and opportunities for growth within a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Be a compassionate person and enjoy making a difference in someone’s life.
• A qualifying criminal background check and driving record.
• Valid driver’s license; use of your personal vehicle.
• TB screening and Physical required upon hire and a TB update every two years after.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program.
• Assist with daily living activities and maintain a structured routine.
• Provide individual community outings and meal preparation.
• Assist with medical appointments and medication distribution.
