Job summary

People Incorporated in Fall River, MA is hiring Direct Care Professionals to support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program. Openings include evenings with multiple shifts; no experience is required and paid on-the-job training is provided.

You will assist with daily activities, meals, personal care, and accompany individuals on community outings. A valid driver’s license and background check are required; TB screening and a biennial physical are expected.

Qualifications

• Be a compassionate person and enjoy making a difference in someone’s life.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• A qualifying criminal background check and driving record.
• Valid driver’s license; Use of your personal vehicle.
• TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with development disabilities in a residential program.
• Assist with daily activities and ensure a structured routine.
• Provide individual community outings, meal preparation, and assistance with activities of daily living.
