Job summary

People Incorporated is seeking Direct Care Professionals for part-time evenings to support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. Positions include evenings with options for full-time or relief/per diem, across Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River and nearby areas.

No experience is required; free on-the-job training, professional development, and career advancement are offered. Competitive wages with a strong benefits package are provided for benefit-eligible roles.

Qualifications

• Be a compassionate person and enjoy making a difference in someone’s life.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• A qualifying criminal background check and driving record.
• Valid driver’s license; Use of your personal vehicle.
• TB screening and a physical required upon hire and TB update every two years.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with development disabilities in a residential program.
• Assist with daily activities and ensure a structured routine.
• Provide individualized community outings and meal preparation.
• Assist with activities of daily living and medical appointments.
