Job summary

People Incorporated is seeking Direct Care Professionals to support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. No experience is required and on-the-job paid training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Compassionate and enjoys helping others
• Qualifying criminal background check and driving record
• Valid driver’s license and use of personal vehicle
• TB screening and periodic TB update every two years

Responsibilities

• Support adults with development disabilities in a residential program
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care
• Help with meal preparation and medication distribution
• Coordinate with team for community outings and appointments
