Job summary

People Incorporated is seeking Direct Care Professionals to join our Taunton-area team for part-time evening shifts supporting adults with development disabilities in a residential setting. You will help with daily activities, meals, personal care, and transportation to appointments.

No experience required; we provide on-the-job paid training, benefits for eligible roles, and opportunities for growth. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are preferred to support community outings and

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
A qualifying criminal background check and driving record.
Valid driver’s license; Use of your personal vehicle.
A TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after.

Responsibilities

You will be part of a team supporting adults with development disabilities in a residential program.
Direct Care Professionals provide assistance with daily activities and ensure a structured routine that includes: individual community outings, meal preparation, assistance with activities of daily living, personal care, medical appointments.
