Job summary

ExpertCare in Michigan is seeking reliable Direct Care Professionals to provide 1:1 support in clients' homes, helping recipients build skills and pursue personal goals in their community. You will work closely with recipients to encourage independence and assist with daily activities.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to recipients in their homes.
• Assist with skill-building activities and personal goals.
• Take recipients into the community to encourage independence.
• Follow care plans and document progress as required.
• Collaborate with care teams and report any concerns.
