Job summary

ExpertCare in Michigan is seeking compassionate Evening Shift Direct Care Professionals to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes, providing support, encouragement, and skill-building activities. You will help clients engage with community activities to foster personal goals.

Full and part-time positions are available; you will join a team dedicated to care with a flexible schedule, paid training, and weekly pay, while maintaining safety and following care plans.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to recipients in their homes.
• Assist with skill-building activities and daily living tasks.

You will be working in our clients homes while supporting, encouraging and helping with skill building activities. You will also be bringing them into the community to help grow and strengthen their personal goals outside of their home environment.
