Job summary

ExpertCare in Southeast Michigan is seeking reliable and compassionate caregivers to provide 1:1 in-home support for recipients. You will help with skill-building activities and accompany clients to community activities to advance personal goals.

Full- and part-time positions are available with paid training, flexible scheduling, and weekly pay. Strong communication and dependability are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Must be 18 years or older and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care in clients' homes.
• Support, encourage and help with skill-building activities.
• Take clients into the community to help growth and goals.
• Follow care plans and document progress as required.

You will also be bringing them into the community to help grow and strengthen their personal goals outside of their home environment.
