Job summary

ExpertCare seeks a Direct Support Professional to work 1:1 with recipients in clients' homes across Southeast Michigan, providing encouragement and skill-building activities.

You will accompany clients into the community, support daily routines, and help them achieve personal goals while following care plans and maintaining safety. We offer paid training, flexible schedules, weekly pay, and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and work independently.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to recipients in clients' homes.
• Assist with skill-building activities and daily living tasks.
