Job summary

ExpertCare in Southeast Michigan is seeking reliable, compassionate Caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in clients' homes. You will support activities, encourage skill-building, and help clients participate in community outings to reach personal goals.

Full and part-time positions are available with a flexible schedule, paid training, weekly pay, and a virtual interview process. Join our team to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support in clients' homes, helping with daily activities and skill-building.
• Encourage and assist recipients with community outings to achieve personal goals.
• Communicate effectively with clients and family members to ensure quality care.
• Follow care plans and document progress as required.
