Job summary

ExpertCare seeks reliable Direct Care Worker to provide 1:1 support to recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan. You will encourage independence, assist with skill-building activities, and help clients participate in community activities to reach personal goals.

Full- and part-time positions available. Born from a caring culture, we value compassion, consistency, and teamwork. Applicants must be 18+, pass background checks, and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and work independently.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
