Job summary

ExpertCare is hiring Direct Care Workers to provide one-on-one support in clients' homes, helping with daily activities and skill-building tasks. You will accompany recipients in the community to work toward personal goals alongside a caring team.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, strong communication, and reliability, with flexible scheduling and a supportive work culture in Southeast Michigan.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings
• Must be 18 years or older

Responsibilities

You will also be bringing them into the community to help grow and strengthen their personal goals outside of their home environment.

ExpertCare services Community of Mental Health Recipients in Southeast Michigan. Full and part time positions are available!
