Job summary

ExpertCare in Southeast Michigan is hiring an Evening Shift Direct Care Professional to work 1:1 with our recipients in clients' homes. You will support, encourage and help with skill-building activities, and help them participate in community outings to foster personal goals outside the home.

We value reliability, compassion, and strong communication. Full and part-time positions are available, with a flexible schedule and paid training.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient and dependable traits.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Willingness to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to recipients in their homes.
• Assist with skill-building activities and daily living tasks.
• Accompany recipients to community activities to support goals.
