Job summary

ExpertCare is hiring an Evening Shift Direct Care Professional to work 1:1 with Recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage and assist with skill-building activities, and accompany clients into the community to grow personal goals.

We offer paid training, flexible scheduling, weekly pay, a virtual interview process and opportunities for benefits. Full-time and part-time roles available.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient and dependable as core traits.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans precisely.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Must pass background checks and screenings.
• Applicant must be 18 years or older.

You will be working in our clients homes while supporting, encouraging and helping with skill building activities. You will also be bringing them into the community to help grow and strengthen their personal goals outside of their home environment. ExpertCare services Community of Mental Health Recipients in Southeast Michigan. Full and part-time positions are available!
