Job summary

ExpertCare in Southeast Michigan is seeking Direct Care Workers to provide 1:1 support in clients' homes, helping with daily living tasks, skill-building activities, and community outings to grow independence and confidence.

Positions are available both full-time and part-time with flexible schedules, paid training, weekly pay, a virtual interview process, and benefit opportunities. Ideal candidates are compassionate, dependable, and excellent communicators who can follow individual care plans.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Must be 18 years or older.
