Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking a Direct Care Worker to provide compassionate, individualized support to clients in their own homes across Southeast Michigan. You will help recipients with daily activities, encourage skill-building, and assist them to participate in community activities outside the home.

The role emphasizes reliable, patient care, strong communication, and the ability to follow care plans. Full and part-time positions are available, with a focus on making a positive impact in clients'

Qualifications
