Job summary

ExpertCare in Michigan is seeking an Evening Shift Direct Care Professional to provide 1:1 support in clients' homes, helping individuals achieve personal goals and maintain daily living skills. You will foster independence, follow individualized care plans, and collaborate with families and care teams.

Reliable transportation and background checks are required; 18+ years old; compassionate, patient, and dependable candidates preferred.

You will be working in our clients homes while supporting, encouraging and helping with skill building activities. You will also be bringing them into the community to help grow and strengthen their personal goals outside of their home environment.

ExpertCare services Community of Mental Health Recipients in Southeast Michigan. Full and part-time positions are available!
