Job summary

Road To Responsibility Inc. is seeking a dedicated professional to support individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. You will manage caseloads, write progress notes, develop plans, and participate in team meetings to ensure quality care.

Responsibilities include administering medications, coordinating medical appointments, and facilitating community activities while maintaining a safe home environment. A valid driver's license and English fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Education in psychology, social work or related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must complete state trainings including medication administration.
• Fluent in English with strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Write monthly progress notes, IPs and annual reviews, and related caseload paperwork.
• Attend meetings and chart data from programs for individuals.
• Develop behavior plans and intervention strategies.
• Instruct, supervise and evaluate individuals in community living per support plans.
• Implement behavior plan interventions, including potential restrictions as required.
• Maintain transportation duties with a valid license.
• Assist with scheduling medical appointments and document appropriately.
• Administer medications as required in accordance with procedures.
• Support social and leisure activities and coordinate family events.
• Keep residence and yard clean and safe; perform light maintenance as directed.
• Provide personal care support and assist with transfers when needed.
• Adhere to RTR policies, participate in trainings, and ensure safety standards.
