Job summary

Road To Responsibility, Inc. seeks a dedicated staff member to support individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. You will manage case notes, assessments, and service plans, coordinating with the Residential Manager.

Responsibilities include writing reports, participating in meetings, and implementing behavior plans. A valid driver’s license and ability to transport are required, with occasional off-site shifts and medical appointment coverage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred field study in human services.
• Education related to psychology, social work or similar field.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to drive as required.
• Completion of mandated trainings including medication administration.

Responsibilities

• Write monthly progress notes, assessments, and objectives for reviews.
• Attend meetings and chart data from programs regarding individuals.
• Assist with development of behavior plans or interventions.
• Instruct and supervise individuals in community living per support plans.
• Administer medications as required per procedures.
• Maintain residence and yard in clean, orderly condition.
• Assist with scheduling medical appointments and transportation needs.
• Provide transportation as needed and cover shifts off-site when required.
• Adhere to RTR policies and ensure safety standards are followed.
