Job summary

Road To Responsibility Inc. is seeking dedicated professionals to support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. You will handle case management duties, medication assistance, and daily living activities while ensuring safety and compliance with program plans.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to document accurately, and participation in meetings that shape individual service plans. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered for new full-time hires.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and one year experience in human services or a high school diploma/equivalent with two years direct experience in human services.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and internet research.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to transport individuals as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational duties assigned by Residential Manager, including medication ordering and petty cash oversight.
• Perform case management duties such as writing progress notes and assessments; participate in meetings.
• Attend weekly staff meetings, document minutes, and ensure timely program paperwork.
• Supervise individuals in community living and document progress data.
• Administer medications per procedures and assist with scheduling medical appointments.
