Job summary

Millview Health & Rehab Center is seeking a dedicated food service manager to oversee the operation of the food service department in our skilled nursing setting. You will manage staffing, ordering, meal preparation, delivery, safety, and sanitation in accordance with policies and resident care plans.

You will supervise staff, ensure quality nutrition services daily, and align with federal, state, and local standards.

Qualifications

• Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Food Handler level II certification or state-specific food safety certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage operation of the food service department including staffing, food ordering, meal preparation, food delivery, food safety and kitchen sanitation.
• Assure that quality nutritional services are provided daily and supervise food service staff.
