You will collaborate with the Registered Dietitian, monitor menus and production, and train the team to uphold food safety standards while enhancing residents' dining experience.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, speak, and understand English.
• High volume food preparation experience required.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft products.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Dietary Services department in a skilled nursing facility.
• Ensure meals meet physician orders and nutritional standards.
• Supervise dietary personnel and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations.
• Coordinate with Registered Dietitian for nutritional assessments and menu planning.
• Train staff and maintain HACCP guidelines and food safety standards.
• Monitor menus, portions, and dining experience to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Complete audits and maintain proper storage and handling of food.
