Job summary

Touchmark on West Century is seeking a Dining Room Supervisor to lead our dining staff and partner with the Dining Services Director to deliver exceptional dining experiences for residents and guests.

You will hire, mentor, and develop team members, teach dining etiquette and service standards, and handle scheduling and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and adherence to Touchmark Gold Standard.

Touchmark on West Century is currently hiring a Dining Room Supervisor at our award-winning senior living resort community.

As the Dining Room Supervisor, you will work closely with the Dining Services Director to ensure each resident and guest's needs are being met, each day. You will have the continual chance to positively impact lives by ensuring that every Touchmark resident and guest always has an exceptional dining experience. You will hire, lead, mentor, train and develop our team of dining room staff, teaching them proper dining room etiquette, meal handling procedures, and customer service skills so that every experience in our dining room meets and exceeds the Touchmark Gold Standard. You will also be responsible for scheduling and administrative tasks.
