Touchmark on West Century is seeking a Dining Room Supervisor to lead our dining staff and ensure residents and guests receive exceptional service. You will collaborate with the Dining Services Director, hire and mentor our team, and manage scheduling and daily operations to uphold Touchmark's Gold Standard.

This role requires strong hospitality knowledge, the ability to lead under pressure, and a commitment to safety and resident rights.

Responsabilités

• Create wait staff scheduling.
• Recommend changes to food products to enhance dining and profitability.
• Supervise the dining room closure after dinner.
• Help maintain payroll budgeting.
• Assist in managing kitchen and dining staff to meet service and financial goals.
• Foster a positive work environment to reduce staff turnover.
• Coordinate front and back of house staff for seamless service flow.
• Train and develop new wait staff; provide coaching to employees.
