Job summary

Touchmark at Georgetown is seeking a Dining Room Supervisor to lead our dining team and deliver exceptional service for residents and guests. This role focuses on hands-on leadership, coordinating meal services, and maintaining Touchmark’s hospitality standards in a warm, welcoming environment.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, at least one year of supervisory experience in dining, and strong communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training or education is a plus.
• At least one year of supervisory experience in a dining environment.
• Positive, hands-on leader who enjoys coaching, mentoring, and supporting team members.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead dining room operations and coordinate meal services.
• Coach, mentor, and develop dining room team members.
• Support special events and ensure high standards of hospitality.
• Communicate daily service expectations and manage staffing accordingly.
