Job summary

Legend Senior Living® invites you to join our culinary team as a Dining Room Supervisor. You will coordinate dining room operations, ensure adequate staff coverage, assist with special requests, and help deliver Legend’s Gold Leaf Dining experience with high atmosphere and quality.

We value service-oriented individuals with formal education and prior food service or hospitality experience. Applicants should have at least one year in a related field and a high school diploma or GED; supervisory

Qualifications

• One year of prior experience in a food service or related hospitality field.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience supervising dining room or restaurant staff preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervising all dining staff, including table and section assignments.
• Ensuring adequate staffing for dining room services and assisting where as needed.
• Training dining staff on Gold Leaf Dining standards, including prompt, efficient and courteous service.
• Ensuring proper setup, stock and cleanliness of dining room including tables, chairs, floors, and service areas.
• Relaying special food requests, meal concerns, and other comments to the appropriate individuals.

Dining Room Supervisor

We are looking for outstanding individuals to join the culinary team as a Dining Room Supervisor. You will make a difference in the lives of residents by coordinating dining room operations. This includes ensuring adequate staff coverage, assisting with special requests and directing effective food service. The culinary team enhances Legend’s Gold Leaf Dining experience, which sets a high standard for atmosphere and food quality.
