Job summary

Touchmark on West Century is seeking a Dining Room Supervisor to lead our dining staff and partner with the Dining Services Director to deliver exceptional dining experiences for residents and guests.

You will hire, mentor, and develop team members, teach dining etiquette and service standards, and handle scheduling and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and adherence to Touchmark Gold Standard.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create wait staff scheduling.
• Recommend changes to food products to enhance dining experience and profitability.

• Foster a positive work environment to reduce turnover.
• Coordinate front and back of house for seamless service.
• Train and mentor new wait staff.
• Provide coaching to employees for effective performance.
