Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of two years’ progressive responsibility in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club/hotel, or cruise line environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train service steps to ensure a quality dining experience for residents and guests.
• Enforce policies including appearance, attendance, punctuality, and service standards.
• Attend department meetings and drive employee engagement and retention.
• Be on the floor during meal service to lead the team on location.
