Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years’ progressive responsibility in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club/hotel, or cruise line environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise meal service to ensure standards are met and promote an enjoyable dining experience for residents and guests.
• On the floor during meal service to lead staff and ensure adherence to policies and training.
• Attend department meetings and drive employee engagement and retention.
